My name is Teah, but you can call me "T" — that’s what my friends say! Originally, I’m from the beautiful Northwest corner of Arkansas, but for almost 10 years now, I’ve called the St. Louis, Missouri area home. I moved to St. Louis in 2015 to play collegiate tennis for Lindenwood University. My passion for learning led me to continue my education with a master’s program, and before I knew it, adulting had kicked in—I got a "big girl" job and a house to take care of!

By day, I work in the transportation and supply chain sector, a dynamic and ever-evolving field that keeps me on my toes. But as much as I love my career, there are so many other things I’m passionate about in my downtime. First up—Tennis! It’s been my lifelong love, and I’m lucky enough to continue playing on an adult league even after college. If you know me, you’ll also know that running and traveling are two of my other big passions. Sometimes, I even combine them!

I've been traveling since I was 3 years old, and let’s just say, I haven’t slowed down. I’ve been on 65 cruises (and counting!) and have traveled to over 65 countries, making memories across the globe along the way.

The purpose of this blog is to share those adventures and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Whether I’m exploring new destinations, sharing tips from my favorite activities, or talking about the trials and triumphs of adulting, I hope this space becomes a place for all of us to connect and learn from each other.
